1. Service Agreement

By engaging Precision Fitment for automotive services, you agree to these terms and conditions. Our services include wheel alignment, tire mounting, performance upgrades, and related automotive fitment services.

2. Service Warranty

All services are warranted for 12 months or 12,000 miles, whichever comes first. Warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials used. Normal wear and tear, misuse, or modifications by others void warranty.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless prior arrangements have been made. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. A service charge may apply to returned checks.

4. Liability Limitations

Our liability is limited to the cost of services provided. We are not responsible for consequential damages, loss of use, or indirect damages. Customer assumes responsibility for personal items left in vehicle.

5. Vehicle Storage

Vehicles left on premises for more than 7 days after completion may incur storage fees. We are not responsible for theft or damage to vehicles left overnight, though reasonable security measures are maintained.
